Well, They have their Central Intelligence (C.I.A.) so WE have Hood Intelligence. Unlike some people I know, we at H.I. DO have all of the answers. The catch is that we only have our answers and not yours. Hell, my answers may be wrong..according to you…But hey, that’s why you have the comment section as well as your OWN blog.
Let me tell you something. If you want to read thoughts that are anti-establishment? You are in the wrong place. I’m not anti-Establishment..The Establishment is Anti ME. along with the over whelming majority of people who support the status quo.

Why HOOD Intelligence? Because Street, Slum and Ghetto Intelligence were taken..No, but seriously, Hood means where there is pollution, loud noise, and obvious evidence of drug trade and use. Where seemingly random acts of violence loom in the air and can fall on anyone. Hood doesn’t mean savage or stupid. Hood just describes the community you are from. Being from the Hood shouldn’t be a source of pride. Everyone should be proud of where they are from…Know that some of the most intelligent minds we know of come from the slums of this world. Sadly, so do some of the most intelligent minds we will NEVER hear of…

First we must get rid of the words HOOD and GHETTO cause we live in COMMUNITIES and NEIGHBORHOODS.Simple adjustment of words can change a generation thinking. This video is nothing new. They are taking advantage of a avenue that was created for them. The problem is that all descendants of Africa(no matter what enslaver’s tongue you speak) don’t get the fact that all these avenues were created and giving to us by however means but giving to us and we are so deeply unconscience to see the truth. Very few of us have enough common sense to question and research and explore the why,who,what,where and how we are in our present state and why we continue to exist this way? We must do a lot of things and one of the first things is to ask questions.explore and research.

Hood is short for neighborhood.
Ghetto is an area where there is a concentration of a particular race,class or ethnic background.
If you would like to get rid of the words ghetto and hood then that’s peace. I dont know how you can erase a word…but hey..i only have HOOD intelligence.
As you continue to navigate the site and obviously excel the intellect of its founders and writers, i hope you get what you are looking for.

This site is a cool idea…
I don’t think removing a word will change anything because another word will replace the concept just a quickly as it were supposedly removed.
These concepts need to be taught and presented to the youth at an early age so that they may develop an understanding of what it is they are saying. The majority of our youth speak that which they know not, therefore they grow up knowing just that.
The reason why this is even a topic is because we all share some sort of history or knowledge about these words so it causes us to think in order to raise these questions which in turn create discussions. Change lies in what we do with the knowledge we have, therefore it first takes place in the mind. If they are not taught, or have not acquired this knowledge how can there ever be change?!?
“Now that I know, what are you going to do with it?” is the question we should all be asking ourselves…
What is the duty of the civilized?
Hood Intelligence…Intelligence is key where ever you are, in every hood and each hood has it’s own intelligence…The universe is everything, Sun, Moon and Stars…Many Hoods on this one planet…Let your intelligence travel to every hood!

bein that the code of honor and the respect that has to be taken in our individual lives varies from hood to hood, i must say that despite the words u use to describe where u live, is extremely relative to who ur talkin to.
the important aspect of any upper west side, flatbush or fort greene neighborhood is understanding where ur at and who u are within that.
the knowledge is what keeps u safe…and the respect you take is what keeps u balanced.
the most important aspect of blogs such as this(not sayin its not original in it’s own right)is the idea that you discover and sift through the information and come with some of your own shit for YOUR people. and to be honest, even stupidity can bring about the change needed…no one’s all knowing but please dont teach til ur qualified and sure about what your giving…learn, grow but dont educate inaccurately. by inaccurately i dont mean inaccurate opinions…i mean inaccurate definitions of words…cuz that first post…i mean, come on.
we have enough misconceptions of history and word connotations fed to us by our school systems and government structure to not get the basic word definitions right.

You have my attention, just make sure you aren’t collaborating with the hatred of the world and disspelling the positives with your Hood Intelligence.
A smart educator always knows the roots of his theories and the Hood was created by some hateful people, so to profess that there is a Hood intellect that others do not have, understandable. But to pollute its name even further with negative, ignorant hate spewing writings then that is another. I wish you luck in your endeavors, but will be reading occasionally and in fact I just did you a solid by spending time writing you a comment.

now that i take a closer look i see that you are tagging your posts to seem as such to get the reader invested in the article and nicely clearing that hood intelligence does not support hatred based on skin color.
